Notice how easy it is to get the latest and greatest information at Stewart’s Ferry...you can even send us your maintenance request! RENT

Rent is due on the first of each month. Make life easier by only writing one check for the rent and water, no need for two. Make sure you put your apartment number on the check. AUM Statements are for your records, they do not need to be attached to the checks.

B.I.N.G.O.

Don’t forget about BINGO! Pick up your card each month when you pay rent. Bingo cards must be picked up by the 5th of the month. This is your chance to win $250.

COMMUNITY POOL PARTY

Changed to Thursday July 17th 5 to 8pm

DJ, Karaoke, Food, Drink, Games and Prizes.

Flip Flop winner will be selected.

Pick up your flip flops at the office and get creative.

COMMUNITY COOK-OUT

Sunday August 17th, 1 to 3pm

Hamburgers, Hot Dog, Chips, and Drinks

Cook-Out will be held outside at our club house.
