Pet Policy
Four Legged furry cats (purrr) and dogs (woof woof) are WELCOMED!!
We welcome dogs under 50lbs. Breed restrictions: German Sheppard, Rotweiler, Pit Bull, Doberman, Chow, and Bull Mastiff.
There is a limit of two pets per apartment home. $300 pet fee is required for one pet, and $400 pet fee is required for two pets.
There is a monthly pet rent of $20.00 pet pet.
